• To create orders and deliver digital codes.
• To send payment, delivery, refund and order-status notifications.

3. Payment information

Card payment is processed on Stripe's hosted checkout. This site never receives or stores your full card number, CVC or payment-account password.

We keep only the transaction status and identifiers needed to reconcile an order. The payment provider's own privacy policy governs the data it processes.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies or browser storage to support checkout, order lookup and the return from the payment page.

We do not use these for cross-site advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking the essential ones can break checkout.

5. Third-party services

To process payments, deliver orders and provide support we may share the minimum necessary information with Stripe, our email provider and our hosting provider.

We share only what the service requires and expect those providers to use it for that purpose.

6. Retention and security

Order records and delivery evidence are retained as required for transaction records, refunds and compliance, then deleted or anonymised.

We use encryption at rest, access controls and least-privilege practices, while recognising that no internet transmission is perfectly secure.
