1. What this service is

Grok Plans is an independent reseller of prepaid subscription codes for Grok-related plans. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or acting as an agent of xAI or X, and we do not operate Grok, X or the models behind them.

We sell codes, take card payment and support the order. Redemption happens on your own account, and we never ask for your account password, verification code or recovery code.

2. Products and prices

Item names, prices, stock and availability are shown in the catalogue and are priced and charged in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; the checkout page shows the final amount, the accepted cards and the billing descriptor.

If a price changes, orders that have already been paid are unaffected. Unpaid orders may be regenerated at the current price.

3. Ordering and payment

Enter an email address you control. It is used for order notifications and delivery, and together with the order number it is the key for the order lookup page.

If payment fails or is abandoned the order does not enter delivery. You may place a new order or contact support.

4. Delivery

This service delivers digital codes. When stock is available the code is assigned automatically after payment and appears on the order page, normally within minutes.

When we are out of stock, paid orders join a restock queue. The order page shows the queue position and delivery is released in payment order. Channel delays or manual verification can extend delivery times; check the order page before contacting support.

5. Refunds

Orders that are not delivered, or whose codes cannot be redeemed after following our published instructions, are handled under the refund policy.

Digital codes are instantly reproducible once delivered. Delivered codes are therefore not refundable on request alone, except for duplicate charges, unusable codes or another issue confirmed by both parties.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and order details you provide, and for keeping the order number and delivered code safe.

You may not use this service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or abusive activity, including money laundering, bulk malicious ordering or harming third parties.

7. Breach and termination

If you breach these terms, or we reasonably suspect fraud, laundering, abusive chargebacks or bulk malicious ordering, we may:

suspend or cancel the affected orders; refuse or restrict future orders; revoke undelivered content; refund paid orders that no longer qualify for delivery under the refund policy; and cooperate with regulators or law enforcement where required.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

Grok, SuperGrok, X, X Premium+ and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. We use them descriptively to describe the subscriptions we resell; this does not imply authorisation or affiliation.

The text, structure and design of this site belong to Grok Plans and may not be copied or redistributed commercially without permission.

9. Disclaimers

This is an independent service. Where platform policy changes, account eligibility rules, regional restrictions, network conditions or events outside our control make an item unusable or delay it, we will assist within reason but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the refund commitments stated here.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for business or compliance reasons. The current version is published on this page with its effective date; material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
