Buying takes five steps: choose the code and period, enter your email, pay on the Stripe checkout, watch the order page for delivery or queue position, then redeem the code on your own account. Every item is delivered automatically when stock allows, and codes that cannot be redeemed are covered by the refund rules.

Yes. Buy the code and let them redeem it on their own account. Do not collect their password and do not redeem it while signed into their account.
When stock is available the code is assigned automatically, usually within minutes of payment. If we are out of stock the order joins a restock queue and is released in payment order.
The order number from this site and the email address you used at checkout. Both must match exactly before the order page will show status and delivery.
Orders that are not delivered, or whose codes cannot be redeemed after following our instructions, are handled under the refund policy. Delivered codes are not refundable on request alone.
