Stock and Order Status Explained

Items are either available, sold out, or queueing. Available items deliver automatically; sold-out items can be seen but not bought; paid orders for an item that ran out join a restock queue. The order page shows your position and updates the moment stock arrives.

The three states

Status decides whether you can order now and whether delivery is immediate.

  • ·Available: order now, delivered automatically when stock exists.
  • ·Sold out: visible but the buy button is disabled until restocked.
  • ·Queueing: your paid order waits and is released in payment order.

Why queues exist

Codes are finite, so they are released in the order they were paid for.

  • ·The queue position counts paid orders ahead of yours.
  • ·Positions decrease as earlier orders are fulfilled.
  • ·There is no need to re-order or to contact support while queued.

Checking progress

The order page is the source of truth.

  • ·Open it with your order number and checkout email.
  • ·Delivery appears there and is mirrored in the notification email.
  • ·Contact support@getgpt.homes only if the status looks wrong.

Frequently asked questions

Can a queued order be lost?

No. Paid orders keep their position until they are fulfilled or refunded under the refund policy.

Can I cancel a queued order?

Undelivered orders can be refunded under the refund policy — contact support with the order number.

What do I need to look up an order?

The order number from this site and the email address you used at checkout. Both must match exactly before the order page will show status and delivery.

What if the code cannot be redeemed?

Orders that are not delivered, or whose codes cannot be redeemed after following our instructions, are handled under the refund policy. Delivered codes are not refundable on request alone.
