Do the codes expire?
Codes have no fixed expiry from us, but apply them reasonably soon after purchase so you can raise any problem while the order is fresh.
What do I need to look up an order?
The order number from this site and the email address you used at checkout. Both must match exactly before the order page will show status and delivery.
What if the code cannot be redeemed?
Orders that are not delivered, or whose codes cannot be redeemed after following our instructions, are handled under the refund policy. Delivered codes are not refundable on request alone.
