ORDER VERIFY
Order verification and lookup
After payment, verify progress with your order number and checkout email on the lookup page. Verification never requires a password, verification code or full code — and if the lookup finds nothing, check that you are using the GP-prefixed order number rather than a payment reference.
Verification steps
- 1Save the order number shown after payment (it starts with GP) and the email you used at checkout.
- 2Open the order lookup page and enter both values — they must match exactly.
- 3Read the status: awaiting payment, waiting for stock, delivered, or refund in progress, plus any queue position and delivered content.
- 4If the status is delivered, copy the code and follow any usage note linked from the order page.
- 5If the order sits at waiting for stock for a long time, re-check the number and email, then contact support.
If the lookup finds nothing, check in this order
- · Did you enter a Stripe session or PaymentIntent reference (cs_ or pi_) instead of the GP-prefixed order number?
- · Do the order number and email match the checkout exactly, including case and domain?
- · Did you use a different email for the purchase? Try that one as well.
- · If none of those explain it, email the order number, payment time and card brand to support@getgpt.homes. Never send a password or verification code.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my payment reference not work in the lookup?
Stripe shows a checkout session or PaymentIntent reference (usually starting with cs_ or pi_), which is not our order number. Use the GP-prefixed number from the page you returned to or from the delivery email.
Can I look up an order with a different email?
No. The lookup requires the exact checkout email. If you mistyped it, send the order number, payment time and card brand to support so we can reconcile it.
Why is my order waiting for stock?
It means the item had no available codes at the time of payment and your order joined the restock queue. The page shows how many paid orders are ahead of yours.
Will the code also be emailed to me?
Delivered orders send an order notification to the checkout email, but the order page is the authoritative record — treat it as the place to check.
Do you need my password to verify an order?
Never. Verification needs the order number and checkout email only. Refuse any request for a password, verification code, recovery code or full code.
